![]() I have tried forcing it to send data, but the ANT Agent window continues to display 'waiting for new data', the watch. Garmin Express tells me I have nothing new to upload - clearly I do! So I tried starting the timer for 10 secs and then stopping it and reset the watch to fake an activity - Garmin found that "activity" and uploaded as it used to so I think i'm fixed for new activities from now on. Garmin 310XT (1GM117442) Customer Question. I have since completely wiped the computer clear of all things Garmin and re-installed all the plug-ins etc and run it through IE as Chrome doesn't seem to be excepted any more. Today and Issue : I went for a ride last weekend and last night so 2 new activities, when I went to upload and review my data this a.m nothing would sync. In fact all I did was put my 310 on charge near my comp the ANT stick was in the comp as always and I got a bing on my phone saying it had linked with Strava and inputted my ride! I was very impressed. ![]() History : I have a 310XT - not been used for around 6 weeks, 22nd feb was my last activity, due to injury but was working fine then - recording and data transfer all worked great. Let me know if I can be any more help - I am a software developer (although I've not done much python, quite frankly it makes my eyes bleed!) and I'd be quite happy to try stuff out.Īs for using the data, I upload it to a site called - it was originally a running site but now there's cyclists, triathletes, etc on there too.So I have been going round this and other forums for an answer on this but I am still no closer to getting my fix! I'm hoping someone from Garmin can help here? I'll do some more experimentation with that tonight. Interestingly, there seem to be lots of very small files in there that don't correspond with activities logged in the watch - I think these correspond with when I've manually reset the activity on the watch for some reason but I'm not sure. Reply to this email directly or view it on GitHubĪlso had success downloading from my 310xt running 3.20 - it does get quite a few errors if I leave the watch on my desk when downloading (enough that larger activities will invariably fail to download), but if I prop the watch on top of the Ant stick I get far fewer errors and was able to download my entire history, although I did get a few failures which just needed the download restarting. "Exception: Unhandled event 8:EVENT_RX_FAIL_GO_TO_SEARCH". Lines of the logs.that states which kind of error you had e.g. =)ĭid you experience any issues while downloading? Just post the last ![]() Works with the project.issue is a good choice at the moment.
